Shipping Methods

We ship orders using:

  • FedEx

  • EMS (Express Mail Service) by Korea Post

  • UPS (EMS Premium)

You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

All shipments include a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time to most countries is 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Large & Wholesale Orders

For large or wholesale orders, we can arrange:

  • Sea Freight (Full Container Load – FCL)

  • LCL (Less than Container Load)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Destination country

  • Selected shipping method

To calculate shipping fees:

  1. Add the required items to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Enter your full shipping address

  4. Available delivery options and shipping rates will be displayed

For oversized or heavy items, shipping carriers may apply volumetric (dimensional) weight. In rare cases, if the calculated shipping cost differs significantly due to carrier rules, we may contact you to confirm any necessary adjustment before shipping.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order to understand any additional fees that may apply.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays).

Please note that for rare parts, special-order items, or parts for vehicles older than 10–15 years, additional sourcing time may be required. In some cases, procurement may take longer depending on manufacturer availability and warehouse stock.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
