Wholesale Order Terms

Please note the following important details about wholesale orders:

1. Parts Availability
   Some parts may not be available from Hyundai Mobis Korea. We will order everything from your list, but we can only supply the parts that Mobis actually ships to us.
2. Non-Returnable Parts
   Even if some parts are unavailable, you are required to purchase all the parts that we were able to supply. These parts cannot be returned to our supplier.
3. Waiting Times
   Some parts (like torque converters and valve bodies) may take up to 1 month to arrive.
   Please note that we cannot always predict how long it will take to receive certain parts — delays may happen.
4. Shipping Estimate
   We cannot calculate the exact weight of your order before packing. Shipping cost will be finalized after packing based on actual weight and size.
5. Price Changes
   Hyundai Mobis regularly updates prices, so some part prices may increase before we place the order.
6. Order Process
   • You send full payment for all parts via PayPal.
   • We collect the parts.
   • We calculate the final balance (due to unavailable or price-changed parts).
   • We calculate shipping cost based on actual package.
   • You either pay the balance, or we refund the extra, or apply it to your next order.
7. Custom Part Requests
   We can supply not only the parts listed on our website, but also many others.
   If you want to check prices and availability, please send us your request to sales@crdi.online in Excel or text format.
   
   Format:
   part number, quantity — for each part you need.
   We will check availability and respond with prices.
   
8. Packing and Shiping
   We always pack as compactly as possible to minimize shipping costs.
