1. Return Eligibility Period
Returns are accepted only for items that were delivered to the customer no more than 30 days ago.
Any return request submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The part must be unused.

The part must show no signs of installation or handling.

The part must be in new, resalable condition.

The part must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Any item that:

Has been installed
-
Shows signs of fitting, use, or damage

Is missing original packaging
-
Has opened, torn, or damaged packaging
will not be accepted for return or refund.
3. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
4.1 If the Return Is Due to Our Error
If the return is caused by our mistake, such as:

Wrong part shipped

Incorrect part number

Damaged or defective item
We will:

Cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Korea, and

Issue a full refund after inspection.
4.2 If the Return Is Not Due to Our Error
If the return is requested for any other reason, including:

Ordered wrong part
-
No longer needed
-
Compatibility not confirmed before purchase
Then:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to Korea.

The refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost paid to send the item to the customer.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after:

The returned item is received at our warehouse.

The item passes inspection.

The item is confirmed to be in the same new, unused condition as originally shipped.
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be:

Rejected, or
-
Reduced depending on the item condition.
6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For PayPal payments, refunds will be sent back to the same PayPal account.
Processing time:

Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt

Refund processing: 3–7 business days (depending on PayPal or bank processing times)
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used parts

Parts with opened or damaged packaging

Special-order or non-stock items

Electrical components (unless defective)

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
