Chuseok Holiday Notice

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that our store will be closed from October 3 to October 9, 2025 in observance of the Chuseok holidays — one of the most important traditional celebrations in Korea.

Why we are closed

Chuseok is a time when families in Korea gather together to honor their ancestors and celebrate the autumn harvest. During this period, many businesses — including shipping companies such as FedEx — suspend operations. Because of this, we will not be able to process or ship orders while the holiday is observed.

All orders placed during this time will be processed starting October 10, 2025. Please keep this in mind when planning your purchases.

Possible delivery delays

Since FedEx and other logistics partners also pause their services during Chuseok, there may be some delays in deliveries even for orders placed just before the holiday. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
